## Who We Are

Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business

Founded in October 2017 by business partners Brian Kline and Ray Watts, Neutral Partners is a 100% service-connected disabled veteran-owned business headquartered in Orlando, Florida.

We started with a simple mission: help growing companies get certified fast so they can close deals and grow their business. No endless consulting cycles. No corporate bureaucracy. Just results.

##### 100% Audit Success Rate Since 2017

We've never had a client fail an audit. Ever.

This isn't luck. It's the result of knowing exactly what auditors want, how they think, and what it takes to pass. Most of our clients come to us as referrals from top audit firms.

##### We Focus on Speed and Certainty

Most companies come to us in a panic. They have a major deal on the line, but their customer won't sign until they're certified. They need ISO 27001, SOC 2, or CMMC fast.

We get them there. While other firms talk about "compliance journeys" and "maturity models," we focus on one thing: getting that certificate in hand so you can close the deal.

##### We're Partners, Not Just Consultants

Our name isn't an accident. We don't show up, write a report, and disappear. We stick around. Year one is about speed to certification. Years two and beyond are about maturing your program as you grow.

Most of our managed compliance relationships last 3-5 years because we become part of your team.
